What’s in a name?

Through the years many people have asked me about our name
“The Polite Plumber”.
They all seem to adore the name and always want to know how we came up with it. 
My wife insists the name was earned from the 60 years worth of 
compliments my father, grandfather and I have received in regards
to the gentle, fair and polite customer service
we have always strived to give our customers.
I however, think of the name “The Polite Plumber”
not just as a trade name, rather as an ideal standard for great customer service.
Like my father before me,  I want our customers to feel at peace
when they call for our help.
I  want our name to remind them of who we are: clean, 
knowledgeable , honest and polite service people.
No one should feel uneasy in their own home.
That is why we say with the Polite Plumber,  you can trust a name like that.
