“First of all, I would like to write a testimonial for you all. Your service is the BEST! I have made many improvements on my home since I purchased it eight years ago and have had many plumbers and contractors work here.  In all these years, I have to say that your company is the one that I trust the MOST to work on my home. When you redid my entire plumbing system I the summer (re-pipe, new sump pump etc) your service was everything you claim it to be – neat, clean, efficient, trustworthy, no financial "surprises" or last minute. "I forgot to add…" Your employees were considerate of my home’s cleanliness and left the job TOTALLY cleaned up with no forgotten items for me to drag into the trash or figure out what to do with. For this reason I had you install my new boiler and indirect water heater a week ago and winterize my system; I was not disappointed. Jim was efficient and careful and, once again, my home was left clean and the bill contained no “surprises” (to Willy’s credit – he KNEW the price I was given by a competitor and he still came in way under, not just a couple of dollars. I thought that was eminently honest and admirable). I was very concerned about my property and hardscaping with the ice and the new patio bricks and gravel but the boiler was transported safely and efficiently on a pallet and there was no trace left when you were done.
